You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date. 

To be eligible to make a return all items must be returned in original, unworn and resalable condition - this includes tags attached, the original packaging, and no signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or strong odours. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you.

If the above requirements are met – we are able to facilitate a refund for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges), or an exchange for an alternative size or style.

If the above requirements are met – we can facilitate the below options:

• A Refund for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)
• An Exchange for an alternative size or style.

 Please note that any orders using a discount code are only eligible for a store credit for the amount paid or an exchange.

Any shipping fees or duties incurred to make a return to us are the responsibility of the customer to pay, however if we can facilitate your exchange request we cover the shipping costs back to you.
